This fall, Metra is offering a special service on the Heritage Corridor Line with service from Chicago to Lemont. From September through October 12, this additional service offers an excellent opportunity to explore Lemont and destinations along the I&M Canal — including easy access to bike and running paths, craft breweries, restaurants, and our vibrant shops & boutiques. The Special Heritage Corridor Saturday service will provide three round-trip trains, each equipped with Metra’s new bike cars to carry extra bikes.

The $7 Saturday Pass and Family Fares allow up to three children aged 11 and under to ride free with a fare-paying adult. Enjoy this affordable way to discover a new area in Illinois and enjoy some fall fun.
