“We booked 223 Main for our daughter’s wedding. I can’t say enough about Hector and Lauren the owners of the event space…they went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect. The venue worked out wonderfully for us, as we were able to have the wedding ceremony outside on their wooded and grassy area. We were able to enjoy the quaint town of Lemont and our guests then moved inside for the reception. The event space itself worked perfectly for our guests, as there was plenty of space for dinner and dancing. “Incredible!!! This church, built in 1858, is truly a historic landmark. To give you an idea, this church was used as a recruiting place for the Civil War. Vintage enough for you? It now functions as the Lemont Historical Society in Lemont, Illinois. It is no longer a church. So, if you're looking for a non-denominational location, this is a great option. My daughter and her fiancee were from 2 different faiths, and the Pastor from his church performed the service. It's a small church, made of limestone tailings donated by the Brown Quarry in Lemont. This quaint, old church is reminiscent of small New England churches. Is the church in perfect condition? No, but, that's part of the charm. This has vintage, country, rustic, historic, and chic all wrapped up! The price of using the church can't be beat, either!”

I am clumsy and spilled red wine on my wedding dress… Jonathan jumped into action and helped my frantic mother remove the stain. And the FOOD! We STILL get compliments for our choice of a caterer. The cocktails were kick-ass, and the pizza (as always) was divine.
